They need to be kept cool.
This week the office decided that the air conditioning could be switched off and heating switched on instead. Now it is uncomfortably warm at my desk to the extent that I can't think straight and my productivity has plummeted. Why do they do this? Aargh!

Because.
My wife's school district controls the heating and cooling of EVERY school in the county from the central office.
I’ve given up trying to be calm. However, I am open to feeling slightly less agitated.

At least you do not have to wear gloves w/ the fingertips cut off as I once did However better to be overly cool than warm Easier to put gloves on then take off gloves one is not wearing and stifling heat is something I know something about I do not wish it on anyone except one or two previous co-workers May they stifle in heck - Cheerio

Come to work in T-shirt and shorts (under your normal work clothing) then remove the outer layer. Perhaps they'll get the idea...

The tooth brush was invented in the south!
Otherwise it would have been called a teeth brush.
I'll get my coat...

Between the increasing amount of ads to join FB and this plans, I think it's the Swan Song for FB. Time to reach MySpace and our friend Tom Anderson, what a nice chap.

I hope so. I hope also that Zuckerman joins the homeless under some bridge, but that's probably too much to hope for...

Even should he fall, he has a very tall and very soft mattres. He will hardly become homeless if he plays his cards right, as Tom Anderson did.
I care not about his personal wealth - I just hope for cancerbook, its entire business model and the general Big Tech manipulation of information to die and stay dead.

Times are changing, current trend is to have no longer social media but stages: T*kT*k, Instakilo, OnlyFools, Youtube (the only one I don't warp because it hosts tons of useful content), Twatch and so on.
Twatter is basically dead, Fakebook is dying, Tumblr is dead. The alternatives have no appeal because there is no longer a wish for that kind of service. Reddit goes on but it's different, as it is much more akin to the old ForumFree, which was an easy to set forum, which was the successor of bulletin boards: Internet was born to exchange ideas, informations and opinions after all.

den2k88 wrote: The alternatives have no appeal because there is no longer a wish for that kind of service. Highly unlikely. But even if they are, something just as annoying will take their place. People will always want to brag, share, and troll.
