Nope, no flashlights.
The other guy on my site bought this one, I believe...
GOREIT 20 THOUSAND LUMEN FLASHLIGHT
He says it's great.
Really liked the idea of what you described, and the specs and the prices were clearly at the right corner of the value matrix.
Maybe I'll try Amazon

The flashlight I'm recommending has two 18650 batteries, I've purchased about a dozen brands over the years, its great. I feel bad about that. I recommending the company. If you make a public Amazon 'Wish List' I will buy it for you. There is no information shared, I won't be able to see your private information.

Does't look great to me. it only uses a single battery. The battery doesn't even look like a standard 18650.
Btw, when I've ordered from China->USA in the past I've had to wait as long as 6-8 months on rare occasions.

Ok,
Just let me know when you have it set up. You don't need to share any personal information or contact me, just make a 'Shared Public Wishlist' and I will buy it for you.
I have done this before and cannot see the gift recipient.

The tactical flashlights are the way to go. They are not that expensive. I live on a little less than 1 acre and it lights up the back fence line - I was amazed. As in John can see what to shoot at amazed. Sorry, we have coyotes in north Georgia now... and some other 2 legged critters. The key is to just get good batteries. Keep multiple charged and off you go.

words of warning
1. determine what model LED is (find it LED manufacturer catalogue), if not given don't buy the light.
2. find total lumen spec for that LED(s)
3. if that number below the total lumen spec for the flashlight, then are over-driving them which will mean a shorten life for the LED(s). Sure they may be bright but they will fail eventually. If light is turned on for continuous period of time it not might last before it's turned off.

It is too hot and I have a fan right behind me to keep me cool. I miss those gray skies and rains. My app says it is 27 C with feel as 28 C. I beg to differ. It feels way hotter.
I need to convince my 4 year old that he need to return from school in the car and not on his bike. He went school on bike with agreement that on return we come by car with the bike in the boot. I hope he remembers the agreement.

This means I to need to be on the bike behind him. He is just 4 and apparently it is too dangerous to let them be on their own. In mine's case, it is dangerous for others if he is let loose.

Know how you feel 40° here yesterday

Not sure where you are, but it's been in the low to mid 30s (90-95F) in Denver for the past two weeks. For us this is normal. Those folks in the UK dealing with the 40+ (100F+) temps are suffering and I feel for them. That's way outside their normal temperature range.

I am in Netherlands. We had high 30s yesterday and it was too much already. Even today I feel the wrath. I want my gray, gloomy, cold and wet days back.

May I continue your thought: dan!sh wrote: I want my gray, gloomy, cold and wet days back ... if I would have wanted bright sunny days I would have moved to Hawaii
However, if you want, you can come to Montreal where extremes are the norm. Goes between -45 wind chill in winter, to +40 humidex in the summer.

Yep - if you're not used to the temperatures (hot or cold) then they're a problem. I'm hoping the entire northwestern part of Europe starts cooling down soon as it's been far too hot for yall.

Sorry to hear, we here (in Chicago) had similar heat in 1995, killed a lot of people. Hope things improve for you.
