I'm looking for an RSS reader whose interface is a dockable app bar like the good ol' Google Desktop used to be. (Google Desktop was discontinued awhile ago.)
All the RSS readers I see on the shareware sites use a regular desktop window for their UI.
Does anybody know of one that uses an app bar interface?
The difficult we do right away...

This is not what you are specifically asking for but NewsFox can run as a FireFox tab or a tray app, rocks and is free.
I use it as part of my homepage group to hopefully get first shot at craigslist stuff.

My grandmother bought 10 X-Boxes on EBay one christmas for everybody ("I only paid $100!"), boy was she surprised when she got 10 emails with links to sites you could buy X-Boxes.
We don't let grandma near the computer anymore.

Did you know. Those e-mails aren't worded more professional as those who fall for this already bad formulated texts are more likely to follow through the entire process of scam where others would be getting more suspicious when posing questions etc. leading to a time waste for the scammers 
So an E-mail which for you and I is obviously a fake has a higher ROI as the amount of work to sending out the e-mails is most likely near nothing whereas responding to answers from them is very high. they just try to find the dumbest (might not be the case everywhere  ) most ignorant or unaware people on the interwebz.

* A batch file for the 'clear' command
* A batch file for the 'pwd' command
Are there any utilities you guys like? Also, If anyone wants these, I can package them and put them on SkyDrive.

I've got me a big stash of 32 bit utils ... most unix utils (grep sed awk.... ) running on DOS.
|
|

Have a look at cygwin. You'll get practically all of the Linux command line
utilities at once. The only catch is that they run in their own environment,
so you have to open a bash window to run them, but for me, that is an added plus.

I know about Cygwin, and I am working on updating a lot of the utilities in it to the latest versions.

Have the Git plugin installed within my VS 2013 - Committed, changes from an hour of Work undone. Nothing recoverable, instead of committing the lil` f****** just replaced everything with the stuff from the last Commit.
Going to Install TFS on a spare machine as soon as the WLAN Repeater gets delivered next week.

Not that I know what I'm talking about, but possibly, if you did a commit without a push and then a pull, it might have reset to the previous commit, but your code might still be stashed somewhere. Now, I know it's supposed to pull and then recombine with any non-pushed commit, but who knows.
