Well, of course, it is a question, and a valid one IMHO. We do not know anything about the person who posted it: joined CP today and could quite easily be a schoolchild, or someone from a non-IT background.

It's may be a valid question (and doesn't matter how bad phrase), but the true answer is: take a year off and start reading-learning-programming, and I saw that as you became more resourceful its harder to answer a question that talks about your beginnings...
