Very nice, indeed. I've had my peepers on one of those for a long time. The kitchen utensil shop in Horsham has lots of KitchenAid stuff in stock in all colours. Great quality.
My only annoyance is their dual-boiler coffee machine. I commented quite a while ago that the one I had initially developed a fault in the froth boiler. After an initial return of a 5-year-old machine, KitchenAid gave me a brand new machine and that's service you don't get from trailer-trash manufacturers. Ironically, the machine that didn't work properly was actually better than the brand new one they gave me in return! The old machine had just the right amount of main boiler pressure to give a silky-smooth crema. The new machine is quite the opposite and floods the coffee like Niagara Falls so there's no crema even though I use a ton of tamping pressure on the grinds.
I have no doubt though that when I phone KitchenAid they will take it seriously and give me practical advice and support. They're a good company.
Your mixer will serve you well, I'm sure.

I have the coffee machine. My original had a fault with the milk boiler too and it was replaced. Now after three years the temperature gauges are no longer working, but the machine is great and is used heavily. The mixer is cream to match the coffee machine and I am hoping to sneak in the pasta attachment soon.

You're all a bunch of nancy boys, where the hell have your misogynistic attitudes gone, what is the idea of getting kitchen utensils for presents, have you all get all the man toys you need and are now after the girly toys as well.
BAH HUMBUG I say!
The bloke with the circular saw had the right idea, get some more tools they decorate a shed much better than some kitchen utensil!

For a moment there, I thought you were getting the game 'Operation' with some sort of expansion pack called 'Bits n Bobs' for Christmas ...
I honestly thought ...
"Oooohhh what a great idea, I'd love to play that game 'Operation' again' ... Griff's house will be fun on Christmas day"
... ... really disappointed when I realised you are just building wardrobes!
