What the hell were you doing yesterday? The A3 was a nightmare, if there wasn't roadworks there were traffic jams caused by some doofus-numb-nuts killing the flow of traffic. I've driven this route maybe twenty times and never, not even in a blizzard, has the road been so bad.
Ten to twelve hours my rrr. It took over 15 hours Budapest to Brussels yesterday. Then let's add in the bloody pea-souper out to Calais this morning and the M26/M25 pretending to be Autobahn.
I need a drink. And another one.

That's the Going Home From The Extended Easter Holiday Traffic. You could have done worse though by driving home one day earlier

Some of you in the UK may already know who he is, maybe was by now, but here is a brief news story[^] from today.
He is from the next town over to where I live and has attacked cancer face on since the age of 15, he realised life was extremely limited and decided to live what life he had to the full and do as much good as he could. I've been kind of following his story for a year or so and now he is finally on the way out.
We know all about the celebrity deaths, and some of the more interesting ones get posted up on here, I'd just like to get someone who has lead a worthwhile but very short life a little more exposure for once.
The lad done good.

Movie Quote Of The Day
One day someone from the railroad comes here to see me and he says, 'Prophet, the railway's gonna go right past your house.' 'Ah, is that so?' I said. 'Mm-hm, yup that's right he says, 'All those trains gonna go right past here, and the best thing for you, Prophet, is to sell your land to the company or else we'll buy Baker's. He lives next to your place, and I'll put the tracks there, and that'll make you go crazy. What do you say, will you sell out to our company, Prophet?'
Which movie?
