Yes, I officially graduated, but I still wonder how well known the diploma is abroad.

It depends on the policy of the firm. For example I know a guy who has no diploma yet, but he found himself a work as web dev in England. They judge on what you know, not what you have

I already had my first "real job", since my work as Apprentice wasn't cooking coffee but implementing crucial parts of the project, including a Hardware Simulator and the Audit Trail

I don't believe Apprentice job is considered a "real job". Just your firm is smart enough to use you for code instead of making you learn the 10 different ways to make coffee.
