This is a product that does not exists...
If I have to report all the bugs and errors to Microsoft I got while trying to run a test I would spend the rest of the day - over 8 hours - with it!
Anybody had a better experience with it?

Alex: Fix it? How you gonna fix this?
Skipper: Grit, spit and a whole lotta duct tape.

You mean Apache Cordova ?
I don't have any experiences with it, but others seem to experience something similar. Seems to still have some edges.
With Xamarin everything seems to be going in the right direction as far as I can tell.

The product I mentioned (and not found) is a merge between Visual Studio and Xamarin, and Microsoft advertised it as the tool will let you threw Eclipse away.
So I went to test it...Installed VS 2015, installed Xamarin, created a simple (from template) project, run it...
From the beginning to the very end it is not full of bugs (that you should expect from a beta tool) it DOES NOT EXISTS...
Skipper: We'll fix it.
Alex: Fix it? How you gonna fix this?

Oh come on! It's a Microsoft Beta.
That's the "back of a fag packet" for a normal company!
Bad command or file name. Bad, bad command! Sit! Stay! Staaaay...

It's a low level even for Microsoft - I can't remember any beta from Microsoft where one of the hottest features fails with such a disgrace...

I'm a VERY happy Xamarin developer - and thinking hard about updating it to be able to use it with Visual Studio. Anyone have any experience with it and is willing to share it?

You won't need to upgrade Xamarin to use Visual Studio, they are launching Visual Studio Community Edition for free and supports Xamarin!!

Isn't it fortunate that ebola was a nice big issue in the news* when the thirtieth anniversary of Band Aid came around?

The original we such a great song with a ear-worm melody (that still give me shivers)

(Don't read if you are having lunch)
Somebody at work with has been 'pooing' in the showers. Not only in the showers but on the floor leading to the showers and in the bin in the shower room. One time he did it in the shower and then wiped it up the walls. Another time he managed to do it in the toilet 'sort of', what he actually did, and this has had me wondering about the 'skills' of this man, was do it around the rim of the toilet and then squashed the seat down on it.
I'm sorry for reporting it here but this has been actively playing on my mind for awhile now as I am somewhat 'fascinated' by this, as I just can't comprehend the mindset that makes an adult human do this (even my 5-year-old wouldn't do this). It can't be a 'get your own back on your employer type thing' as I work in a Technology Park which houses multiple companies - the showers and toilets are cleaned by an outside cleaning company.
Any ideas on why someone would do this? People here have accused some of the foreign workers that work for other companies - But I've dismissed this as borderline racism, I don't think it's seen as acceptable to poo in the shower in any Country - even Australia.
What should we do to the culprit once caught? I think they should let him go for an unrelated reason and then every time he tries to use the company as a reference they tell his new employers exactly what he did.

Fine him for vandalism, spreading diseases, causing sickness, and any other things you can think of and make sure to call the police. And once he's out of jail, find out where he lives and put a flaming bag of poo outside his door before you ring his doorbell and leave.

Seriously? I'd say whoever is doing this is either [0] from Southampton, where indoor plumbing is still a novelty, or [ii] sick in the head. Either way it is best to be left to the management to sort out and get rid of the culprit.

When my dad worked on the Ford assembly line in Liverpool many years ago, apparently it was thought to be the height of sophisticated humour to crap in one on the 5 gallon tubs of Swarfega and cover it up when new people started on the line.

Judging by what he/she does I think it is reason able to call for sanitary authorities, as it is pretty much probable that this guy has some kind of mental problem (which can just be related to stress, I'm not implying he's insane).
