So: the solution.
Initially, not in two points is cuppa! (6)
Initially: OUTSET
Not in OUT
Two points SE
is cuppa T (*not* NICPIC - which is badly spelled NITPICK)

Swine!
After the replies I guessed initially didn't mean initials and I had almost settled on the out part.
Another couple of minutes and I might have had it!
Well done.

NICPIC is a particularly bad spelling of NITPICK!

ImmDocNet is a commandline tool to generate HTML documentation based on intellisense comments in your code.
Irony - there is no intellisense commenting in the source code for this tool.

Well obviously they didn't have the tool to generate it yet.

The tool looks for the XML file and assembly generated by the compiler. The code itself doesn't contain any comments AT ALL, so even if they had the tool, the documentation would show "No Entry" for all of the objects.

Ah, so more that they wrote the code and then didn't run the resulting program to generate the documentation for their own code. They were probably being safe, recursively using a program on itself sounds risky and might open a portal to another dimension.

It's possible, but we used to do it all the time in the old days, when writing cross-compilers.
Write the compiler on system X, compile it to run on X, then use it to compile itself and produce an executable that would run on system Y.
I don't remember any Portals To Hell opening, but they could have been masked by the room full of cigarette smoke...

Our passwords expire every 45 days. Since my account is used on three computers, and I can't have services down because of a login failure, I change my password on the first working day of the month. This used to be a PITA until this month. We finally got rid of Lotus Notes (yay!).
Changing the password on Bloatus Goatse used to be:
Start Notes. Enter old password to start the app.
Select File, User security. Enter old password again to get the dialog open.
Click the change password button. Enter old password a third f***ing time to get the change password dialog open.
Enter the new password, twice, and hope the operation succeeds.

A History book that fell through a timewarp from the future claims that the Sirius Cybernetics Corporation's development teams were actually the first against the wall when the revolution came.
