The weather report this morning mentioned there was going to be clear blue sky all day in Wales today too. Must be a mistake.

Nope, it's bright, clear, sunny, and very very confusing here!

You are probably looking at the wrong window (this one probably: not in Wales...[^])
Skipper: We'll fix it.
Alex: Fix it? How you gonna fix this?
Skipper: Grit, spit and a whole lotta duct tape.

Surprisingly not: From the bottom of the garden.jpg[^]
Not sure what the big yellow thing is doing up there in the sky, but I like it!

Happy Crystal Anniversary
If you have an important point to make, don't try to be subtle or clever. Use a pile driver. Hit the point once. Then come back and hit it again. Then hit it a third time - a tremendous whack.

Happy anniversary!

So a gift of Crystal would be fitting.
May I suggest a decanter?

Tomorrow I assume you'll be celebrating with a bottle of Gin (and probably a few more fifths after finishing the first).
Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, waging all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful?

Training a telescope on one’s own belly button will only reveal lint. You like that? You go right on staring at it. I prefer looking at galaxies.

I already know this is not a proper one. So any messages with this regard will be ignored.
You magnificent beach! (8)
-- EDIT
Ok, CCCs don't have hints but still:
0. this.Definition.GetSynonyms().Contains(this.Answer) -> false
1. this.Definition = this.Split(' ')[1];
-- EDIT: Solution:
you -> "THOU"
beach -> "SAND"
magnificent -> "GRAND" -> "THOUSAND"

My thoughts exactly! It's like being handed a Rubik's cube on which two colour squares have been exchanged to make it impossible to solve.

Bought a guitar a few days back and just learned to play Emission Control by AC/DC. Not all of it just the main tune*.
I am more a piano guy but learning guitar is really a joy. This is only one of the.. umm.. two songs that I can play. The other one is, as you might have guessed, Smoke on the Water by Deep Purple.
* Not sure what they call it but I mean the main repeating tune of the song.
You have just been Sharapova'd.

Always good to start with something recognizable. I play that on my bass and my Native American Flute.
The Kid hates it of course.

See, guitars are so amazing, so amazing. Many great great people play guitar, all across the country, people say to me, "Wow, how could you make all these sounds from some strings and electronics", and I say to them We are going to do great, great things, we are going to get rid of all this mass produced radio music, we are going to get good people making good music again folks and it's going to be amazing. Thank you all.
