Might be a bit difficult to throw the keyboard, mouse, both monitors, and the system box at the same time...
And both the the Windows Phone users are too busy trying to find a reason why they bought one...

If someday they make a phone that can dual-boot both Android/iOS and Windows Phone/Win10, I think it will become more popular. If users can switch to Windows at work for better built in support for office tasks and then switch back to the more user friendly phone OS's at the end of the day, I think that sales would improve.

I have a tablet that dual boots Android / Win10, and I have to say that I use it almost exclusively in Win10 despite expecting it to be the other way round when I bought it. But Android / iOS? Can't see the Fanboise ever using Android, and I can't see Android users doing much but swearing (and laughing) at IOS if they try to use that.

I was alluding more toward that work/life balance (or split) thing with a Win10\Android phone or a Win10\iOs phone. Windows 10 for work and Android/iOS for personal. Companies and people might be more inclined to use Windows 10 on their phone for work if it was 100% separate from their personal data and apps.

I just tossed my Lumia 735. It didn't go very high, but it nearly reached escape velocity before smashing against the wall. The I came over to the dark side and got an iPhone.

Just updated a Windows 7 Professional computer to Windows 10 Creators Edition and notice it has a C:\Inetpub directory. This is an Ex-Lease computer I bought late last week and didn't look at the directory structure or Windows Features enabled prior. This is a Dell OptiPlex 790 and has the default install from the Recovery CD as advised by the shop.
I have looked to see if IIS is enabled and it isn't. Googling led me to a thread where one person had a sub-option of IIS enabled and another said it was something to do with .NET 4.6.
.NET 4.7 is enabled with the ASP.NET option enabled and this is the only thing I can think of that would need C:\Inetpub.
I have just noticed that the only files in the directory are .tmp files in C:\Inetpub\temp\appPools.
Nnyone have any idea on this and if I can kill it or if it is now just required in Creators Edition?

Back the sucker up, delete the folder and see if it all falls apart!

There's nothing on there to backup, I tried and cannot delete the folder. I can reinstall from scratch from the shiny new USB installer I created, I'm just lazy and didn't want too.
Today's the last day of our 4 day Easter Long Weekend and I have been spending my time drinking and not thinking and working.

An excellent plan. I suggest that you continue this practice for as long as you can get away with it!

I deleted that folder on my machine no problem. Deleting it does not seem to affect performance in any way.

It won't delete on this one.

Drill down the nested folders to the bottom. Start deleting objects from the bottom up. That's how I did it.

FWIW:
I'm currently writing this on a machine that started off with a clean install of the original Windows 10 (1507), then was upgraded to every version as it came out (1511, 1607 and now 1703).
There's no trace of an Inetpub folder in its C:\ drive.
While it's my daily driver, it's relatively clean and I don't do any development on it.
According to the "Turn Windows features on or off" dialog box, I have both .NET 3.5 and 4.7 installed on it, but the only thing checked under 4.7 is WCF Services\TCP Port Sharing.
I also have a totally clean VM on which I installed 1703 from scratch, and it's also without the inetpub folder.
