As if we will not find it out soon enough: Wizard of Id[^]

I have lived with several Zen masters - all of them were cats.
His last invention was an evil Lasagna. It didn't kill anyone, and it actually tasted pretty good.

Neither do I, I hasten to add, but I did acquire a copy on a train journey the other week (free with an overpriced bottle of water). I was very disappointed with the crossword, it took less than 5 minutes to complete while The Indie took me the best part of an hour.

I don't read any paper, but the Torygraph is good for a crossword and the sport

I'd definitely give the Torygraph top marks for cricket coverage but I've always found the crossword a bit lame. For me, the daily crosswords rank as follows:
1) Indie/i
2) Grauniad
<- Big gap ->
3) Times
<- Another big gap ->
4) Torygraph

Agreed the crossword is not one of the most difficult but it mostly complies with the unwritten rules, and life is to short to do the FT or Grauniad everyday

The trouble with The Grauniad is that you can get something quite straightforward one day and a thematic beast the next. What I like about The Indie is the way that it gets progressively more difficult through the week. Monday is about Times level, Saturday is a proper head-scratcher.
The Torygraph and The Times seem to aim for a similar difficulty level every day.

Do you do the Independent or the I ?

The Indie itself is only available on line these days - you can get the crossword for free.
The i uses crosswords from the same pool but they don't run in sync, so the one in today's i may well have appeared a few months back as the Indie crossword.

the users are fools!
WTF!
Patanjali's Kimbho app removed from Play Stores: Was it a trial or a security disaster?[^]
This guy releases a messaging App in play store.
Removes it from there, the next day.
Reason :
He wanted to see users response. it's several hundred thousands download the first day. Now they know the response and removed the App.
W.T.F
Users have gone so cheap?
Btw, I just discard his 1-day trial nonsense theory. The moment active users count reached 100s all their filthy code would have chocked & server froze up. They removed the App inevitably.

Huh? So technically I can put in a blank Android app and to "get feel" and then approach investors with data.
I don't know why they are even trying? There are numerous apps already to communicate. They work. Also this whole idea of nationalism on freaking app is absurd.

The nerd-rage that's been going on Slashdot since the rumors first surfaced over the weekend is hilarious. That bunch is still comparing the MS of today with the MS of 20+ years ago.
