Nice one! Some classics on there.
Can't beat the feeling of having the console controller, or arcade joystick, in your hands though

Anyone know of fun html script that would make some entertaining crawler thing.
Image having a digital wallboard running some html, and then a lemming falls across the page, or a shark fin runs along the bottom.
1 - give the pixels a change to lessen screen burn
2 - no and then something entertaining if someone looks up and spots something fun. helps break the monotony of work.
bonus if has some interaction with page. like a stick man crawling up and around borders.

Screensaver? Yeah, Sonny, I remember those. We used to have them 20 years ago...
My favourite was THIS[^] one.
Apart from that, I think you're thinking of javascript animations - which by the way has nothing to do with screensavers. Screensavers are exe files...
We also used to have javascript animations 20 years ago... Sigh! Those were the days!

You're welcome. I'd install it on my own computer if it didn't lower productivity too much...

I don't know if your making me feel old or young?
But i love the animation. I might just find a way to stick it as one of the widget/panels of the wallboard.

to start you off I remember seeing a clippy add-on for office
also animated cursors so it looks like a kitten or puppy that goes to sleep when the mouse pointer stops moving
if that doesn't take your fancy ther's always the raindrops virus - and probably a few others not too different.

unfortunately screen burn is still a thing, to "cheap" stuff.
most consumer tvs only rated for 8 hours per day.
running a wallboard of static image for 10 hours per day at max brightness, yeah it leaves tracing.
but most TVs over 500$ in the last 5 years often have jitter built in (your samsungs, lg) which shifts in the input by a few pixels, plus consumers watching TV instead of using as a monitor arnt watching static images.

I've been using a 41" LG 4K TV as a monitor for nearly 2 years now, pretty much every day, at least 12 hours a day. Paid CAD$500 for it, back when they still retailed for at least $700, so certainly not top-end. How cheap are you talking about?
The taskbar is as static as can be. I see no indication of burn-in whatsoever. I don't use a screen saver. I don't even have it set to blank the screen or go into any sort of low-power mode.
I'll grant you burn-in was a problem with plasma, but those have all but disappeared. I've yet to see an LCD/LED monitor that's been manufactured within the last 5 years that shows burn-in.

Do any of you use DocuSign? They seem to be the industry leader but are magnitudes more expensive than many others. If you are using them, are they worth the cost?
I've also heard that they have been raising their prices over the past few years even.

Anaal Nathrakh - Forward![^]
So after a summer break, I finally got the new edition of my favorite (printed) magazine about rock and metal music!
And boy was I ready for some metal music!
Luck has it one of the most extreme metal bands I know, Anaal Nathrakh, is about to unleash a new album upon the world.
I haven't really listened to them in the last ten years or so, but the new tracks of the upcoming album make me want to listen to them again.
So if you're into death metal with a bit of black metal and electronics you're going to have a great time.
If not... Good luck!

One day two corn cobs, who were best friends, were walking together down the street. They stepped off the curb and a speeding car came around the corner and ran one of them over.
The uninjured corn cob called 911 and helped his injured friend as best he was able. The injured corn cob was taken to emergency at the hospital and rushed into surgery.
After a long and agonizing wait, the doctor finally appeared. He told the uninjured corn cob, "I have good news, and I have bad news. The good news is that your friend is going to pull through."
"The bad news is that he's going to be a vegetable for the rest of his life".
Now please mosey on over to the soapbox to get the corniest joke of all!

Perhaps some oil and a microwave therapy will do the trick. If not, we can still salt him and then watch a movie together.
I have lived with several Zen masters - all of them were cats.
His last invention was an evil Lasagna. It didn't kill anyone, and it actually tasted pretty good.
