Don't have a good answer to your direct question but...
I suggest you get a premium LinkedIn account and set it to looking for a job. you will get inundated with job offers.
A very helpful passive job searching tool.
I also think there are more direct job search tools as well through LinkedIn, but I have never needed those.
I got my current job via LinkedIn. They found me, I did not find them.
I have had Microsoft, Amazon, etc. reach out to me through LinkedIn, for job offers, as well as not so well known companies local and abroad.

In Central Europe the web "monster" was pretty used. I have used it in the past and they had a nice search, like looking for "automation", "robotic" or things like that. The results were nicely accurated but there were false positives all along the list too.
I don't know if you will have it in your area, or if it is still that accurated as it was. My last job was recommended by a ex-co-worker that was contacted by a firm just after having signed for another work and he forwarded me the email. I activelly contacted my current job.

Keep talking to her. As soon as she can't finish a sentence (or you), call the hospital. Keep warm; the immune-system raises your temperature because it slows intruders down.
Get better soon.

Take care of yourself. Keep warm and gargle, preferably with a well aged single malt.
But most of all, get better quick.

Also because if I can't be happy why should they?
