And what part you play in Elder's scrolls?

Dovahcat, a playfull magical kitten in Skyrim. I needed a change from the sneaky Elf.
I have lived with several Zen masters - all of them were cats.
His last invention was an evil Lasagna. It didn't kill anyone, and it actually tasted pretty good.

I'm with your son, I did a lot of sleeping in school and see how I turned out

That tells us more that maybe there are other things always at play then some old thought processes.

To be fair, my grades weren't high (but I still managed to get a Master's degree and no one asks about grades anyway), but when I switched to programming there was little sleeping and lots of studying

Your son is probably more intelligent than his teachers.
Personally, I could never sleep in school. The teachers spoke too loudly.
Freedom is the freedom to say that two plus two make four. If that is granted, all else follows.

Didn't thought that really mattered. If someone wants, find the last bench and probably can sleep off

International Cat Day - Wikipedia[^]
So, if you have an International Cat, celebrate it!
Our's doesn't like to go international: it would take him far, far too long to scent mark every single damn thing he passed on the way ...

Species, like so many things, are only social constructs now. In some places they probably are already passing laws to make it a crime to wrongly assume someone's species.

"Many a true word ..." and all that: Google for "Fursecution" and compare that to the anti-gay movements of the late 90's.

Only if you take your completely irrelevant random lines on some map. You have no idea how many cat nations there are in your neighborhood alone. Invasions and border incidents happen every day. The Kingdom of Pussy against the Fred Alliance, Felix the Conqueror has just defeated Bill the Sleepy and now has access to new hunting grounds and the Fortress of Evil where they have locked up Lady Gina. Meanwhile, feral cats have set up a communist utopia in a nearby park and prepare to liberate all others from all oppressors...

Gmail keeps translating my messages to English. Does it without me asking, and overwriting old email with autosave.
Moving to proton-mail; but hate to write someone in Dutch and sending them English. Isn't there a setting that says "accept superior languages as is"?
Why da F did Google decided I want to reply in English for a contact that always writes in Dutch, and whom I reply to in Dutch? No option to retain < pre > either. How is that too complicated? What idiot decided to translate my messages (no Chrome), without my permission or even request?

I see google addressed the bug the same way most devs wish they could handle all reports from lUsers.
Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, weighing all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful?

Also, I didn't see the menu the way the post said I would.
I saw this menu only when I selected the ellipsis[^]...
Also note that there is a choice for [original message] -- maybe that gets you back to your original language message??

Yup; if I write a new email that option suddenly there, and new mails suddenly translated. Already deleted the original. Not writing again either.
The UX guide is ancient, but Google knows better; knows even what language we should use, despite a conversation in native; I bloody impressed about their AI.
So, I'm moving to Proton Mail. But "not invented here" is a valid argument

And it still auto translating the thread; in Edge, even. Gmail thinks I have trouble with my native language.
I'm not afraid of AI; Google keeps proving me not to be.
