I still think these kids and their "industrial revolution" is a load of crap. It just sounds like a way for the serfs to get out of performing their just labors, after I paid good money for those indentures.

When people call their pets "fur baby" it's "adorable" but when I call kids "skin dogs" I'm "disgusting" and "the worst pediatrician in this hospital"

"Ankle biting disease factories" doesn't seem to go down well either.
Strangely nor does "did you keep the receipt?" when shown the pictures ...

My estimated date for 15,000,608 rep points is the 4th September, 2070.
I have doubts about myself, this site, and society in general actually making it there ...

Still time to program an AI to answer questions in your particular style. Though the questions may be more like "how I can I boil potatoes over a fire?", the answer for which will have to include how to find the flint to start the fire.

No, to the goal of 15,000,000, obviously. Context is important!

Actually, there are only 500,000 members. 14.5 million accounts have been closed for spamming the site.

And 90% of those are sock puppets!

Yes, I was being cute. Based on the latest member number, a bit over 330K accounts have been closed, either voluntarily or for naughty behavior.

It did have a pair of 640GB WD Scorpio Blue drives, but now it's just got a 240GB C: drive and a 500GB D: drive.
Mind you, the C: is an SSD* and the D: a 7200rpm hybrid, which does help things along a bit.
The shrinkage is not an issue as I only use it for music streaming and the occasional video. The real issue is what to do with the multiplicity of currently redundant laptop spinners collected over the eons from previous upgrades. I have at least a dozen, not including the four I use for regular backups.
Anybody recommend a nice NAS cage for a miscellany of 2.5" drives ranging from 320GB/7200rpm to 1TB/5400rpm? I get soooo depressed seeing them all sitting there idle in a desk drawer.
* ...which came from the No. 1 laptop when I upgraded that.
