OBLIVION ...?
Nothing leads = O
Best = B ???
violin = LIVION smashed = oblivion
I don't think I've got the method quite right, but hopefully the end result is!

I like what you did,
But I think that nothing = OBLIVION and smashed is an anagram indicator. "Leads to" indicates the first letter of "best" perhaps.

Leads to is plural, so the beginning letters of both Our and Best

You got the rest of it, so you get partial credit (and upvote) for that.
The way I planned it was:
Nothing
leads to our best OB
violin VIOLIN
being smashed (anag)
OBLIVION
Well done!

I'll give it to you, because you got the right word - OBLIVION - so you are up tomorrow.: thumbsup:

So I'll give partial credit (and upvotes) to the other two as well!

I don't think it was easy, at least as a non native speaker it's rare to hear/read that word. I read it only once in my lifetime, in a (terrible) meme.

Trying not to give spoilers ... but it's a pretty common word in my house!

If you look here it's one of the recommended starting words
"Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming “Wow! What a Ride!" - Hunter S Thompson - RIP

I'm doing quite well using DAISY or EARLY in the starting words.
I'm obviously mosre interested in finding good starting words than the game itself

If I'd used my list of starting words I might have got it one

In Welsh, yes.
In English, no - except on some words stolen from the French during one or another war.
Even then, the sharp bits tend to wear off pretty quickly as they look pretentious in English ...
Mostly, diacritics can be omitted completely without causing a problem in written English. Sauté for example is in the process of losing its accent, while café hasn't used it for years.

Many years in the past I used a product VBGold Resizer. It worked extremely well for all of my VB6 forms.
You could drop the tool on the form and it would handle the rest. It really helps with productivity.
Went to their website and their control for Dot Net runs on net 3.5. only.
I am looking for a product that does the same things but works with the latest versions of Dot.Net
If you know of one, or a book on how to accomplish this in code (Identifying the screen size, Resolution, component size and adjusting them all automatically), please let me know.

Not quite what you are looking for maybe, but in this CodeProject example you can see a simple way for resizing a form depending on the font size: RoundedButton Control - Demystifying DrawArc[^]
this.Font = new Font(this.Font.Name, this.Font.Size + 2);
I tried many complicated examples which did not work, but this simple way works for me.
