Uhhh, you kind of lost me there. How would getting any people suppressed affect the laws of Physics? I don't know of anything that can affect the laws of Physics. (We have a long history of misunderstanding them and we still have a long ways to go to understanding all of them. They exist and don't change whether we will or not.) Even the show doesn't posit the suppression of the laws of Physics, it just came up with an idea that is within the realm of possibility even if we currently don't have the tech to produce the effect. All you have to do is short electrical connections to remove electrical capabilities and our current world is severely dependent on it.
That's basically what the nanobots are doing, providing a 0 ohm resistance pathway. (IE a short) That part is totally possible and well known.
Using electricity to transmit information! Preposterous! (In 1250)

I just googled "recipe Langos" got tons of hits.
I also tried "recipe fried hungarian bread" and got tons of links (some the same as above).
Me think you google-fu is just a tad lacking today.

If I could afford a Segway I'd get one of those too. Walking any distance for me becomes a painful endeavor although I imagine smacking into a curb with a Segway could be painful as well.
It was broke, so I fixed it.

I have slightly fracked knees and walking can be a real pain. I take some vitamins and use a gel to relieve the joint problems; can't recall the name or be bothered to go to look but it's all in Holland & Barratt.

What we need is a Segway with a seat, not a full armchair thingy, just a sort of hunting stick type stool arrangement - then those of us with iffy knees could really get going.

The Segway's pretty amazing. They use them at PuDong airport, and whiz around like no-one's business.
I wanna be a eunuchs developer! Pass me a bread knife!

That's not entirely true. Segways are used for real things in several places. The most obvious one I can remember now is that Police in Amsterdam Schiphol airport use them to get about but I have seen them in several other similar places too.

Used to ride a home made one when I was young and they're not hard to learn balance but when you hit a rock or other like object it gets caught under the wheel and the skate board stops and you keep going.
