I'm not happy with this one. Saville, Jacko, and Gifford were/are all creepy ****ers with predatory eyes and behaviour. Harris has none of that.
If the evidence I've seen against him were based on greater than:
a) Word-of-mouth from a not-recovering alcoholic
b) Testimony that he committed one of the acts in a place thousands of miles from where he was physically*
I would be as behind it as I was for the three monsters listed above, but it looks like Harris is the victim of criminal behaviour, here.
* I lived in Leigh Park (Ramsdale Avenue, to be precise; my dad was stationed in Portsmouth). If Harris had been at the community centre, us kids would have known about it (insert obvious joke here). It's bullsh1t; they've dun him up.

If this is true it's awful to think he's been stitched up, by who is the obvious question and why ?

Anyone any experience of, or opinions on, it?
We are currently investigating its viability for a not inconsiderable project to create a field system and as you lot are as respectable a group of folk as I know how to find at short notice I thought I'd ask.
That's it, knob jokes will resume later.

Very good read. I finished it last week and I found it most enjoyable. I would like to see the Moist/Spike relationship explored a bit more though as she's still very one dimensional; a rare omission by Pterry.

So does it mean that if I plug into one your outdoor electrical sockets I am on your network?

Yeah I wonder if the network is open too!
I thought that maybe I got 2 device together and somehow they are linked (through encryption say) but you raise an interesting question!

I worked for a comapany in the mid 80s that was trying to do this and they were close to having something ready but could never quite get it to work reliably.
As I grow older I've found that pleasing everyone is impossible but pissing everyone off is a piece of cake.
