Macrium Reflect is offering the licences for their professional version 8 (single and/or bundle of 4 singles) with 50% discount.
The excuses of not having a decent backup strategy have been drastically reduced.
I still find AOEMI GUI user friendlier, but Macrium should not be a problem for standard CP-users. In functionality both professional verrsions have a lot of common points, so both are good for anyone. Unique feature can make a difference depending on your personal taste though. I personally like Macrium.
I know OG prefers AOMEI.

I use Acronis True Image 2021 (the last version available with a perpetual license).

I used Acronis long ago in the company, because it had less problems copying some industrial pcs made by particular vendors.
In private I used it to backup the system of a HP laptop in the family, because all other standard things I used were not working there... never found out why.

Veeam Agent (community) followed closely by Clonezilla. These for my Linux (host) system. For Windows, I just copy the directories. I run Windows virtual. For ESXi, we use Veeam. Note: snapshots are not for backups.

Nice to have a couple of options for the new constellation.

AOMEI - because OG told me to. Well, he didn't actually say I had to but he said it worked well for him, so...
- I would love to change the world, but they won’t give me the source code.

Great video! Only complaint is that the camera shows too much of the people talking and not enough of the model.

Damn! I'm a huge fan of his.
To anybody reading this that hasn't read Darwin's Radio & Darwin's Children: Stop what you're doing. Go to a library and borrow them both. The real old fashion books, don't download the e-books.
You're welcome.
