It's actually only in English for a very specific purpose: so that it's not in French.
Once that dead language is abandoned as obsolete we can reconsider your question.

Documentation is in English. The keywords of the language you use are English. Meaning the framework will be alien if you do not recognize the class-names.
As soon as you can code in a foreign language (meaning all the keywords are translated), then you can use that foreign language. You'd find that it becomes a maintenance nightmare quickly.
I oppose translating articles - learning to program means learning English

It may sound like a drawback when one starts, but it is actually a big advantage. There's a LOT of people out there that both program AND speak English.
You don't have to be good at it, but it sure does help if you know the meaning of the words "Open" and "Close". Otherwise, you'd have to remember a lot of weird names, which equals to learning the language.

Much of it is already in Greek.
And some would say that there are too many languages already, e.g. Java and VB.

It's been discussed and it's on my TODO. It's a great idea, and one we actually tried, oh, 15 years ago? It never worked, but we can do it better / easier this time.

Do they assimilate with their stingers? If you are assimilated by a bee-org does the individual bee die? Do they assimilate saying to bee or not to bee?
