Movie Quote Of The Day
If you don't tell me what I need to know, I'm gonna press down on this chair until it crushes your trachea. Trust me, it's agonizing. Plus, there's the posthumous humiliation of having been killed with a chair.
Which movie?

I can stand British rom-coms with a bit of coercition... Italian comedy, romantic or not, is totally unbearable for me, everything is exagerated to the grotesque.
Also Italian actors really can't recitate, there are only two speech-tones: histerically screaming or criminally undervoice. That hurts my poor brain, used to a wide range of vocal expressions.

I'm sure he said that last week, when one of his acts was finished ruining whatever song they were miming to?

Can you give me an example of a good and bad Italian comedy(romantic or not doesn't matter), I am exploring cinema and need some recommendations
EDIT: La vita e bella is the only one I have seen and it's comedy/drama. I did like that one.

Good comedy:
- "Amici miei", of director Mario Monicelli
- "L'armata brancaleone", of director Mario Monicelli
I'm actively looking for something more to put in Good Comedy.
Bad Comedy:
- "Scusa ma ti chiamo amore", Federico Moccia
- "Notte prima degli esami", Fausto Brizzi
- "Selvaggi", of Carlo Vanzina (Vanzina brothers are [in]famous for the poor quality of their work to the point that the word "Vanziniano" has become an insult)
- "Natale sul Nilo", "Natale in India", "Natale a Miami", "A Natale mi sposo" and others of Neri Parenti (As famous as Vanzina for their works).
ANSWER TO YOUR EDIT:
"La vita è bella" is actually a good movie but I don't like Roberto Benigni at all.

Thank you very much
I only saw Roberto Benigni in Pinocchio after I watched La vita è bella and I didn't like it either.
Speaking of which did you see La tigre e la neve ? I think I have this one and haven't watched it yet.

No, never saw it - I tend to avoid Italian movies due to the reasons I stated some posts above!

His colleagues aren't any better.
Beppe Grillo was actually a comedician, and he still makes us laugh - but he's serious.
The left wing died a lot of time ago, they passed several chairmen in a row and it's really too long to point out each and any - they're simply corrupt or plainly dumb.
The right wing is monopolized by the international Silvio Berlusconi and his crew.
At the center we have Casini (that translates directly to "Troubles" or "Brothels"), that owes his position to Berlusconi.
This is the real life and not just fantasy
