since I have been this ill. Came down with the flu on Monday and had it as a mild reminder all week, until today, it blocked off my nose from my respiratory system, with a massive plug of snot.
Also, I've been perspiring all night, dreaming weird dreams, which I always end up doing when I have a fewer. In my dream I had always two chores that I had to do in a given time frame, but I could not choose which one, I just when back and forth trying to work out which one to do, and before I could decide, a new one came up and the old went away.
Woke up very frustrated today

I have it the same way, but I was under the impression that not everyone had it like that. Mine always have broken logic in them, they never make any sense what so ever.

The instant I feel anything coming on, I start loading up on Vitamin C.
(2-3 Grams at once, and the 1 gram every hour or so), and Vitamin D, 10,000 IUs
daily). Drink fluids (chicken bullion in hot water), the warmth helps break that
congestion up.
I have also found that Zyrtec helps me (I have some allergies I have long ignored).
But it really helps to open the sinuses (by reducing the inflamation of the sinuses).
Also a Long Steaming hot shower has helped clear the sinuses as well... I will
do all of it if really bad. Don't get there often, maybe every few years.
And get that sleep. I load up on the vitamins before I go to sleep.
Final thing to consider, if you can put the Head of your bad up about 4 Inches
higher than the foot of the bed. It helps your sinuses drain while you sleep.
I feel for you... It took me a while to find the things that worked.
Take it or leave it... But feel better.
