It was broke, so I fixed it.

Oh lord. SSRS. Just save some time and cut your stomach out now. Faster and less painful than the inevitable ulcers that pile of wank causes.
My sincere condolences.

I have to do some vb too from time to time.
After banging away with c the Then clause in an if statement seems pretty duh.

I noticed that the quiz machine that I was playing yesterday was running Windows 2000. I wonder how many systems (ATMs, quiz machines etc.) are still running Windows 2000 in kiosk mode? (A had a quick Google but didn't find anything useful.)
Anybody here develop for Windows kiosk type systems? What's the preferred Windows OS for that now?

I thought ATMs were still running OS/2

The language is JavaScript. that of Mordor, which I will not utter here
This is Javascript. If you put big wheels and a racing stripe on a golf cart, it's still a f***ing golf cart.

Yeah, that was the answer I expected. Was hoping at least one of the Yanks knew her.

No. Why, what's happened to her?

Somebody I've been listening to for a couple of years now, but I've never come across anyone else who even knows who she is let alone heard her music before.

Around here it's hard not to hear her (or other contemporary country singers).
There is one (yes, just one) English radio station, and that one's AFN[^], so naturally they are going to play country music.
I actually started liking her music and ended up buying an album.

Saw her perform on Jimmy Fallon's show a while back.
Meh.
Contrary to popular belief, nobody owes you anything.

just looked her up.
Another cute, quirky pop-folk-country singer.
Can't say it is my musical style.
Good for here if she lasts more than 2 years.
I'd rather be phishing!

No. I knew about her before she was ... er ... anonymous! She got some coverage in t'Guardian when the album came out (which depressingly I find is now over 2 years ago - where does it go?) as various issues got attached to her songs by said organ's even more various commentators so you shouldn't be the only Brit apart from me. Having said that the claim that she was even Newer Than New Country got shot down in flames when those in the know (amongst which I humbly include myself) pointed out that them there country folks had been writing songs about exactly the same things pretty much since they came down from the mountains! Not sure she ever deserved to be saddled with the great white hope label (be it blessing or curse) but it was pretty inevitable once Taylor Swift had abandoned country completely given the sudden dearth of new female stars in the genre proper.
Just listened to the new single (out this month) and it's a pretty little song but it doesn't show much in the way of progression. I guess it'll all come down to that tricky second album as to whether she'll be just another mayfly.

You can get the new album on youtube, I don't think it's as good as the first but still some good songs on there.
