Thanks! I submitted the article as a tip/trick yesterday. It must be waiting in the queue at the moment. It is also a little more detailed than the posting above.

...but do not try this at home!
Christmas tree...[^]
Skipper: We'll fix it.
Alex: Fix it? How you gonna fix this?
Skipper: Grit, spit and a whole lotta duct tape.

|

I generally have an assistant[^] when decorating the tree.
(That isn't mine, the claws aren't trying to destroy my hands, baubles, ...)
Bad command or file name. Bad, bad command! Sit! Stay! Staaaay...

It's very disconcerting have a cat launch itself at you through a tree while you try and hang a bauble...

I can see[^] the end of it...

I learned that lesson years ago: now the tree is wired to the stair banister and goes nowhere!

Looks like:
int tree_height = 10;
while( true ) {
tree_height++; }

Whether it's your taste or not, there is no discussion about her being one of the greatest artists ever.

I agree with your opinion on Adele.
My list on female singers would look a bit different, but there are a few intersections.
|
|
|
|
|
Right,
Had to think a bit, but here's my list:
Amy Winehouse, Pat Benatar, Nena, Kim Wilde, Stevie Nicks (annoyingly), Suzi Quatro and Joan Jett.
I guess my list is as revealing of my age as yours.

Amy was a bit too much "Hype" for me to actually listen to - I may have to relent...
"Love is a battlefield"
"99 Luftballons" / "99 Red balloons"
"Kids in America"
"The chain" (Purely for the F1 theme part, you can hardly hear her voice)
Suzi Q! Heck I saw here live when I was in Uni!
"I love Rock and Roll"
Some good voices on your list - The music on my youth!

I know what you mean with hype. But sometimes the hype is reasonable.
She's not really my cup of tea, but there was never any doubt about her voice and singing abilities being among the very best.
Well, in the beginning of her career at least.
Forgot Anastacia and Marie Fredriksson in my list btw.

I sidegraded to Win 10. <edit>From Win 7</edit>
No serious side effects so far. Had one Web.Config messed up.
Seems quite a bit more responsive.
First contact with Edge. Seriously the fastest browser I've used, but otherwise it's a WTF experience. It's simply an unfinished product.

I think Edge is only quick because of everything they left out...

And that's a good thing
