Entertainment is forbidden at your workplace? So when you are making jokes of your boss?
Skipper: We'll fix it.
Alex: Fix it? How you gonna fix this?
Skipper: Grit, spit and a whole lotta duct tape.

If it was enrich a million people instead of make one millionaire, I would call it creative idea...Meanwhile we are stacked with a platform for freely spread lies and hatred...

Yes, Social media now is one of the most important ways of communication, and when you use that in smart way you can do marketing to your products, in other side some people now famous because of social media, facebook is the king of the social medias. I understand your point of view about that and I respect it. I need you to know that there is other angles you can see this world with.

Social media has nothing social about...Social is when you meet your friends for a dinner/coffee/gin...
Pushing your product via social media is only work if on the other side there is someone already brainwashed, who believes that this is all real...For real people in the real world the social circle is somehow intimate and a salesman can't get into it...
All this social media is nothing, but a new way of the 'divide-and-conquer' - but this time is not about land, but money...Your money...
(And 'media' is plural already, so there is not such thing medias...The singular form is medium)
Skipper: We'll fix it.
Alex: Fix it? How you gonna fix this?
Skipper: Grit, spit and a whole lotta duct tape.

FarceBook is a really handy site.
It shows us who the real morons are without the cumbersome need to actually talk to them - the ones that keep checking, and checking, and checking,...

I personally set the bar much lower--having a Facebook account is all the qualifier I need to make that call.

Actually, Facebook isn't creative because there were other similar services already in existence, it wasn't an innovative idea. It thrived to this extent for different reasons (a quick Google will show plenty of sites analyzing this).

In programming I foresee the emergence of assistive AI in the IDE (sort of like a Cortana for Visual Studio).
It will start small though - something like unit test building.

I feel that also, we may see the first robot with emotions like humans "bay robot specifically"

Probably the rise of SkyNet and the destruction of the human race.
If that doesn't happen, then probably same old, same old.
A couple more junk sites like FarceBook to sort the herd into "have an IQ" and "use FarceBook a lot" perhaps, but they'll die reasonably quickly...
