Now you see why I postponed the CCC 'til Tuesday!
Mind you, I haven't got a clue what the answer to this is...
Bad command or file name. Bad, bad command! Sit! Stay! Staaaay...

Yeah, ok. As nobody's even attempted it I'll just let it roll over though.

2 times or three times over the last couple of days, after trying to change password I have received an error message after "save my settings" saying Password cannot be empty.
THis is still using a temporary lost password temp-password - different locations but firefox in common.

If this is to do with this site, then you need to talk to the Admins.
Post the problem here: Bugs and Suggestions - CodeProject[^] and they will see it (but bear in mind they are in Canada and it's probably a public holiday today so a response may not be immediate)
Try to give them as much detail as possible: Firefox version, OS, when it started, all error message detail, and so on - the better the info the faster the fix!

Movie Quote Of The Day
Among the maxims on Lord Naoshige's wall, there was this one: "Matters of great concern should be treated lightly." Master Ittei commented, "Matters of small concern should be treated seriously."
Which movie?

BOYCE and BOICE are two demons that interfere with any electronic equipment, i.e., phone, computer, printer, automobile.
If something malfunctions, BIND UP these two demons, and command them to leave your equipment, in the name of Jesus.
Here is an incoming email received: "Hi, Just thought I'd let you know it took me all these hours to run off your complete deliverance manual. My computer kept shutting down, the connection to the internet kept shutting off, I got signs coming up this is an illegal action, you probably have heard all this before, but the devil sure didn't want me to get hold of your material....I thought there has to be some good stuff in here if the devil is this mad.....as soon as I finished running if off, my computer is working perfect...not shutting down,....not getting unconnected. Praise Jesus, He's stronger than any devil. I had to keep taking authority over devils to get the manual printed, even the printer tried to jam up. What a praise report....really. Devil you loose!!!Praise the Lord. Thank you for your web site. Blessings"

I have been using Windows 10 for a couple of months now, and I am generally satisfied with it. However, I have noticed some weird issues, although not serious, that will require attention from the sunshines at Microsoft at some future point:
1) If you have more that one user's profile on the machine, and you delete one of the profiles, it gives you the option to also delete that user's data files. If you select 'yes', the profile is duly deleted, but the access to the Microsoft Solitaire collection is broken for all remaining users! Not a problem for me, but my wife's utterings when it happened on her machine, cannot be repeated here! Not even in the Soapbox. Fortunately I had a recent image of her machine's system drive, otherwise I may have had to re-install Windows and all the pain that entails.
2) I have a somewhat old version of WinZip (version 16). Every time I run that, Windows resets all my default programs to handle image files (BMP, JPG, PNG, etc) to Windows' internal Photoviewer.
3) The icon to eject external USB drives, lists my NVidea video card as an ejectable device. If I select that, it messes up my screen and I have to restart the machine to fix it.
Curiouser and curiouser!
Are you reading this, Microsoft? If not, why not?

Dear Cornelius,
I read your complains, but I don't give a sh*t.

1) don't do it then
2) don't do it then
3) don't do it then
There you go. All fixed.

I had the same issue with the video card showing up in the list of things to be ejected. But it has gone away, so maybe an update fixed it.
The difficult we do right away...
...the impossible takes slightly longer.
