It is truly remarkable how here are members favors by their Points or than Duration of membership!

You must be new here...
EDIT ---------------
Oh, I see. You're just some chickenshit existing user that felt like they needed to create a sock puppet account (today) to say something they didn't want to catch heat for from everyone else.

It is up to you to confirm: Quote: It is truly remarkable how here are members favors by their Points or than Duration of membership!

No, no "sock puppet" at all! And yes for the story with your late father I can certainly empathize! I'm sorry to hear that!

At a guess, it's Our Resident Troll starting a new career...

There where times I "trolled" a Little bit, but I think I'm far away to be a resident troll! Only frustrated again what high rep members are allowed against low rep mem I was. 0x01AA

My apologies!
I assumed you were the reincarnation of ORT after his latest account closure.
Welcome back - but why do you keep changing usernames? I'd only just got used to the last one!

I will do it, but look, the latest comment to me from Dave K* it is an example again how high rep responds to low rep here. I'm not sure to stay here

It's really strange that no matter how many times you leave (by choice or vote) and come back, you never really learn anything from the exercise. It may be (as you once stated) your difficulties with the English language, but I get the distinct impression that it is just you.

Most probably it is me, yes. Thank you for the hint.

If you're going to make an unfathomable comment you like made to ppolymorph, you deserve to get smacked. It doesn't matter what the rep points are.
If OrignalGriff made the same comment you did I would have smacked him too.

Sorry the "unfathomable" answer was given by him! And sorry such a generall answer given by me will end in endless downvotes!
About the remaining "Of OrignalGriff made ...", it is your Statement, I can only hope it would be the truth, what I have to assume.

Quit while you are (just) ahead. Much more of this and the anti-troll hamsters will be unleashed.

I have low rep, but I've never really been on the receiving end of (truly) negative treatment in any area of the forums (and I've definitely said some stupid sh*t!) At least not to the level that would make me feel unwelcome.
My perspective is that the higher rep people here are actually rather nice, level-headed people; a stark contrast to most of the rest of the internet.
Maybe it's related to username? (Wouldn't that be an interesting psychology study?) That name on my account is indeed mine; for whatever reason (I genuinely don't know) I don't feel the need to hide behind a pseudonym here (and certainly do almost everywhere else.) Maybe that helps to humanize me, which leads to more humane treatment...
Then again, there are also certain people here who seem to be bigger a-holes than the rest (not naming names!,) so maybe I've just been lucky to not have interacted with them.

At last, I now (maybe) understand how and when to use the term chickenshit.

You are completely right. If a new person would have posted this same message many would have suggested it go to the soapbox. High rep members are definitely favored, or perhaps just trusted more.
There are only 10 types of people in the world, those who understand binary and those who don't.

As it should be. In fact, I was thinking CP should erect a virtual sacrificial alter to the high rep users, and every Friday, we select a low-rep user to eviscerate in full view of the masses, simply to ensure they know not to f*ck with us.

If you're not the first to shoot it who will be?
Is it possible your father intended to give it to you when you become a man?

Your choice really.
Do you care about its monetary value or not. Being the first to shoot it has a value aswell, for you. It might be the best gun you ever tried.
Only one way to find out.
