I seem to be in some kind of box.
What's that over in the corner?
Bad command or file name. Bad, bad command! Sit! Stay! Staaaay...

The unpainted area?
If you have an important point to make, don't try to be subtle or clever. Use a pile driver. Hit the point once. Then come back and hit it again. Then hit it a third time - a tremendous whack.

Don't think so, it seems to be glowing a bit, and there's a bottle with a skull and crossbones on it.
It this a Pirate's box?

It must be; that's a rum bottle, all right.

Replace "missile" with "software development process", and that also seems pretty much standard these days. I think they're describing the Agile process.

I'm usually here for with some nuisance rants. And the rants are always about my immature "superiors".
But this time, it's about a golden child in my team.
1. He's calm and composed.
2. Listens to conversation with excellent technical ears.
3. Interrupts only at the right time for the right questions, otherwise he simply follows watching the speaker.
4. He doesn't leave the place until all his questions on implementations are cleared. Like going for tea/coffee etc and getting back after an hour, that many do in the team.
5. After tasks are loaded , he's completely on his own. I've never asked for a status.
6. He usually doesn't have anything to speak on this so called SCRUM, he just says "Yup that's going well". but we chat about the issue in chat. lol
7. One of the biggest plus, He's "chat" type. Not the f___ing "call" type. He doesn't dial the phone for every single query. Very rarely he does when the scope/nature of the problem cannot be put in chat/spread sheets.
8. He follows the process like terminator with extreme adherence. I'm sure even I don't do this consistently as a lead.
9. And nobody hates him in team. He's always with a limited, casual smile.
10. I've never seen him spend more time in FB/WhatsApp and all those time wasters.
A resource like him is literally a resource for the company literally.
At least one like him should be there in any team to set the right example for the peers.

I'd fire him for disruptive behaviour straight away!

haha. And definitely there's a bit of peer pressure for others because of his disciplined behavior.
I'm able to easily quote his examples. Right from documentations, process, code quality. etc.
As they say in "Shark theory[^]". He's the real natural shark in the team! (Okay we don't treat employees as stocks, that's just an example)

A bit irresponsible as he may end up as someone else's dilemma.
Just have him killed.

Yeah, that could work as well. And cheaper too, no severance pay, and I'm sure that all of his colleagues would be more than happy to chip in...

Points 1-10 = He went to spy school.
Now the problem is to determine which country's spy school.

I'd compliment the coalescence but it seems you've narrowed your possibilities on this thread.
Fortunately, it's all in your head.
