Talk radio is nice; most of my day at work is spent listening to talk radio instead of music.

I'd rather be phishing!

I do the same but in reverse... talk radio on the commute, music at work.

Ack - I can't listen to people talking on the radio and thinking about programming problems at the same time.

Admit it, you just got lonely!
Hopefully you will enjoy the experience. After 20 years away from an office environment you may find many things have changed. Make sure they send you on the new office behaviour courses!

There is that. I've been surrounded by anti-Microsoft people for two years now, and it gets tiring.

And only two escalations? Bah!

Does the bipolar bear take his meds as prescribed? Many patients with bipolar disorder have a tendency to not take their medication as recommended.

Bipolar [^] bears tend to draw too much power and therefore don't have a long battery life. CMOS[^] is much better. The only thing that you still have to be careful about with a CMOS bear would be the clock frequency. If you overclock a CMOS bear, heat sinks, fans or even water cooling may be required.
