I may get a new machine this year and I came across this lot^. The prices look quite good so I thought I'd share and I also wondered if anyone had used them.

I don't have a feel for PC prices in the UK, but I had a look at their Intel based machines. I am convinced you could get a Dell or HP in the US with comparable performance at a considerably lower price.

Unless you need something heavily customized, I don't see that they are such great bargains.
In Israel, you can get an i7-6700 based system with 16GB RAM, a 2TB HDD, and a DVD burner from Dell for less than UKP 1,000 (including Win10 Pro). I can't imagine that computers are that much more expensive in the UK.
EDIT: should have answered the OP
If you have an important point to make, don't try to be subtle or clever. Use a pile driver. Hit the point once. Then come back and hit it again. Then hit it a third time - a tremendous whack.

I nearly bought one from them 18 months/2 years ago and the prices seem to have gone up massively since then. I'd shop around a bit.

I don't see the point to buying a pre-assembled PC when it costs less than half to build it yourself.

I bought a machine from them a number of years ago and I was very pleased with it. It was a Win7 system updated over time to Win 8. The only problem was, when I came to install Win10, I discovered that the system ID wasn't valid. It didn't matter with Win7/8, but after installing Win10, I couldn't do very much with it, so I had to buy a pukka version.
My latest machine was built by a Birmingham company, Box.co.uk. You can specify exactly what you want in it from a large selection of components and therefore build it to a price you're happy with. Somewhere on here there is a post of the config I started with and then finished with after great help from you guys.
My old machine took 15 minutes to open VS2015, the new one no longer than 20 secs.

Sorry for the lateness (again), it's been a mad few days.

Nice.
The hidden assumption that you are making is that dog breeders are intelligent.

Ok, so the second is a picture of Danny DeVito. So what? Do you want to say there's no god because Danny DeVito exists?
