There are two kinds of people in the world: those who can extrapolate from incomplete data.
There are only 10 types of people in the world, those who understand binary and those who don't.

Microsoft must have spent thousands of hours on this challenge and are still a long way from getting it exactly right. And I'm not blaming Microsoft for their "close but no cigar" results, either - English is a monumentally tricky beast of a language.
I'll go with my mother's trusted (if slightly simplistic) algorithm as a solution:
if (Speaker.Age > 60)
return GrammarRating.Good;
else if (Speaker.Age > 20)
return GrammarRating.CouldDoBetter;
else
return GrammarRating.WhatIsWrongWithYoungPeopleTheseDays;
Slogans aren't solutions.

What would you expect from a language that is the result of all the Latin and Germanic languages smashing together in one place after taking thirty different tracks across Europe combined with a centuries of locally developed slang natural deviation.

Microsoft? They've done more to destroy English grammar than any company. Using "invite" as a noun alone should be a capital crime.

So, workspace has to be default one. Maven gives some errors as soon as project is created which I needed to fix. They can't figure out the correct JRE version, they can't write there own XML properly. How do people even work with these things?

You have been spoiled.
Funny though, people still manage to complain a good deal about VS - I find that interesting.
My recommendation to you is to approach this with an open mind.

Hi All,
Been refreshing my knowledge of C++ (which was always fuzzy at best) using firstly VS 2005 when I could not get the darn thing to build! so I switched over to 2008 same problem! tried to find out what was happening as even "Hello World!!" errored found an old anti-virus (AVG) installed updated tried again AVG blew up about spy ware(?). Got annoyed launched Security Essentials. Why block building of executables? Why? It's the only thing that has stopped!
