Yes, don't go to Cornwall; they all speak funny and it's like you've stepped through a time portal and landed in 1960.
Still, slightly better flight than the US.
Enjoy whatever 'er indoors tells you you're doing.

Well, New Orleans is nearly exactly like the proper Orleans, so go there instead.

I know of a nice one in the Memphis area.
I'm retired. There's a nap for that...

IIRC Rick Stein has 9 of them, but there's also Nathan Outlaw (2*), and Paul Ainsworth (1*) in the local area, as well as a bunch of good ones without stars.
Bad command or file name. Bad, bad command! Sit! Stay! Staaaay...

Om;y by devonians who moved over the border. :P
Emmets means 'ants' in Cornish.
Grockles was invented fairly recently in Devon and caught on.
(As a Devonian I can assure you your source is 100% reliable )

Griff's suggestions are well worth looking at, and most of the propertieds tend to be of good quality. There are great beaches on both coasts of Cornwall, and nowhere is too difficult (or far away) to get to in a few hours. Depending on when you plan to go the roads can become seriously overcrowded.
