Do you have any idea in what system(s) they were used? Someone may just be looking for such a part and need it to bring an old machine back to life.

I know exactly what system it was!

As my father has related to me on multiple occasions...
When he was in college (early 1950s), one of his professors had recommended some math books for further study. One student complained, "they're all in German", and the professor responded, "of course, all the best math texts are in German".

At university most of my physics books were in English.
I always find amusing some of my friends saying: "Are you able to study textbooks in English?".
Like it was the English language, the problem.

Too brutal. They become apathic once they lose all hope that anything they report will ever help to change anything. And after I had replaced the old mess with my new program, they still were quiet because the program gave them what they were looking for. Every day, without a single support case in almost two years after being installed.

I thought you'd want a PROMPT reply, however, I was mulling over whether or not it's a good thing if the bugs RUN, and if they do so wildly, they might CRASH.

#55: If you don’t regularly turn your (cheap) toaster upside down to empty it of all the burnt crumbs, they will eventually build up so much they'll short-circuit the damned thing, and...
#56: if you don’t have the right fuse in your toaster-plug, when it blows it’ll take down everything else on the same circuit at the same time

#57: Don't buy a "cheap" toaster. Get a Dualit: the ejection mechanism is a manual lever, the timer is clockwork - but it has a "crumb tray" which makes removal a breeze, it's made of real metal and real screws, and all the bits are available as spares on FleaBay. Plus, you can get a second hand one for the price of a cheap one from the supermarket, but it will last years longer (and won't look tatty and rusty the day after the guarantee runs out)

58: Don't buy an expensive toaster, either. Your cooker has something called a grill which is ideal for making toast and you can even put cheese on it.

Takes longer, costs more to run. Doesn't turn off after a selected time to prevent burning. Doesn't do both sides at the same time. Can also be fully occupied cooking the bacon, sausages, black pud, ...

The bacon, sausages and black pud should all be where they belong - in the frying pan!

Nah - the frying pan has got the mushrooms, hash browns, and eggs. And two saucepans are in use for the beans and tomatoes, so I'm running out of rings ...

Lose the hash-browns or get more rings! No-one ever won Masterchef by grilling bacon, something that God clearly intended us to fry.

Fried bacon is for when you want it crispy - grilled is better with the tomatoes!

I'm certainly not one for burning my bacon - crispy bacon is a terrible waste, quite possibly a bigger food crime than a "well-done" steak (shudder!)
I always maintain that bacon tastes better fried however well-done you like it, and as an added bonus, it makes it an awful lot easier to clean-up afterwards!

59: Don't buy any toaster at all. Design a new heat sink/toaster for you Intel Rectum X7 processor and get rich*.
* You can have the toaster idea, but using the CPU's heat to run a camping refrigerator and then integrate a beer cooling compartment into the computer's case is my idea.

Nice idea.
Even better, build it out of GPUs and mine BitCoins for breakfast.
