My boss has a name for that kind of stuff: "Cluster "
Luckily (for now) IT is somewhat autonomous in this respect. There's still management ask for things that give the impression of flailing - as policy change without any definite target in site.

Definitely Usually, when I've seen this phenomenon its some security "expert" locking everything down so tight that no one can get any work done. After all, the most secure system is one you can never access

If something has a solution... Why do we have to worry about?. If it has no solution... For what reason do we have to worry about?
Help me to understand what I'm saying, and I'll explain it better to you

Just heard on the Radio they can supply water to a family of four for just £3 a month. That's a lot cheaper than I'm paying - I want to switch.
