Tried clearing cookies no difference, one thing to add is, if I enable Wi-Fi on my phone I can’t connect it times out like the other devices - so it looks like Wi-Fi / network problem - why is it just this site though ?
Never mind see Mathews post

Who are you with? Maybe the router has a blacklist? Might be worth talking to your ISP, if you can handle the script reading morons first?

Due to a DDOS attack last week we had to block a bunch of IP Addresses rather aggressively and are in the process of trimming that list down.
You may be in the list.
Please send us you IP Address, with the last digits masked if you like, and we will look into whether that is your problem.
[Further Information]
It was a distributed attack using devices from all over the world.
Probably you or someone on your subnet has an internet thermostat that was dafted into the bot army.

Ah - you are cable from Virgin Media. It's surprising what you can pick up from IPinfo.io ... but I says I'm about 2 miles from my "real" location!

If the phone is connected to the same IP domain, via wifi, then CP should also not work on phone, isn't it? Or am I missing something?

That's how I realised it was a network issue, when my phone was connected to the WiFi it didn't work, I turned WiFi off on the phone and Bingo

I had a similar problem.
I was not getting the e-mails in the morning.
When I looked at my settings, everything was cleared.
I switched the e-mails back on.
Imagine, I can't live without the daily update in the morning.

I asked the candidate for his greatest weakness.
He said "Interpreting the semantics of a question, but ignoring the pragmatics."
This took me a bit off guard, so I asked him "Can you give me an example?"
He said "Yes, I could."
I handed him his coat after that.

Why? The answer contains requested example.

Agreed. If you ask smartarse questions, be prepared for a smartarse answer.
It's obviously the candidate expected this -imo pointless and Dilbert-esque- question and prepared accordingly.
I'd have taken that answer as a reason to put the candidate on my shortlist, providing the tech skills were up to snuff.

Interviewer: Tell me your biggest weakness.
Candidate: My biggest weakness is ... my inability to determine/decide my biggest weakness.
(Implied meaning: I have so many weaknesses, that i cannot decide which is the biggest among them).
