It's not that bad, unless it leads to a ring.

A carbon ring?
That might be just a little aromatic.

I'm not sure - do you have any statistics? If you have a graph ite look it over.

Certainly a lot more fun than barium dating.

It always leads to bigger things.
Technician
1. A person that fixes stuff you can't.
2. One who does precision guesswork based on unreliable data provided by those of questionable knowledge.

they're making him work graveyard shift to toughen him up - he's studying to be a nurse.
the things they make you do, it's a wonder he doesn't just stick to interpreting. it's not like it's a pay bump.
he just wants to poke and prod at people I think.
When I was growin' up, I was the smartest kid I knew. Maybe that was just because I didn't know that many kids. All I know is now I feel the opposite.

Appropos trainee nurses, I still shudder at the memory of one from about 40 years ago who couldn't find a vein on me (for an IV) to save her life. I sincerely hope that she decided to go into another line of work.

My man will be good at it, or he wouldn't do it. He's a polyglot and he interprets right now - one of a handful of people in the world that speaks Mixtec non-natively, but it's a large immigrant population in our area, so he gets a lot of work, and it pays well.
He's an overachiever. He can't stand the thought of doing something he's not good at. A blessing and a curse.
But I think they make you be a CNA for a while to washout people who need to be washed out.

I'm an underachiever, but the rest I can relate to.

I just saw someone wondering why their code to take a screenshot of the client machine wasn't running properly on the asp.net webserver.
he was snapping the desktop using winforms.
i can't. i just can't with this.
this isn't even a programming problem. It's a basic logic problem.

I feel your pain.
Every time I see single line if statements without braces I think about rage quitting myself

okay, that's fair.
but when i did try to use braces, i made a bug, which you caught. I lost my mojo.
Removed the braces and replaced them with a return and everything worked fine.

good luck trying that technique whilst writing a state machine.
sometimes you still need a goto.
