Saariselka - Horizons[^]
The Ground Our Sky is the debut album of Saariselka, which was album of the day on Bandcamp last week.
It's a "sonic collaboration" of two Oakland, CA composers Marielle Jakobsons and Chuck Johnson.
From their Bandcamp page: "Saariselka is inspired by the meeting of earth and light, where slowly moving land masses merge with enveloping light fields."
It's ambient music which is great to doze off and probably also to work to (and best when you doze off at work).
This is, without a doubt, one of the most relaxed tracks that ever featured SOTW.
So enjoy and relax and set your alarm at five so you're not late for the weekend

I would not listen to this while working, but would listen for sure, while decompressing at the end of a long day.
Nice.
I detected a couple of chords around the 2:00/2:30 spot, that reminded me of steel guitars playing country music, although it is clearly NOT country music. Interesting.

They do have a steel guitar and this is from their Bandcamp page: "a kind of new ambient Americana is unearthed and explored"

This is nice as an ambient break ... yet another band to follow
And I have some great news because the latest Lacuna Coil is really beautiful

Ages ago I bought their album ... and I was a bit disappointed, so I did not pay attention anymore,
but this ... is different

Lacuna Coil has never been my thing although I must confess the new singles from this new album sound great.
Their only song I come back to from time to time is Lacuna Coil - Cold Heritage - YouTube[^].
I'll give this new album a chance.

Yeah... well, I may not be able to set the theme, but I can certainly try to guide it down a nice path.
Hopefully more people will try to play this time, was a bit quiet last.

AHHHH!!!!!!!![^]
Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, weighing all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful?

I actually think it's a neat idea...but it's also a bit of a half-assed solution.
If you're going to add IoT to your toilet, you may as well go all-in and get LG's WiFi bidet toilet:

I've always dreamed of using my smartphone to control my toilet, and now I can!

Oh, the fun you could have (and the divorce proceedings to immediately follow).

Like flushing it?

I already had naturally dumb talking toilet cleaners decades ago. Three platoons of them.
I have lived with several Zen masters - all of them were cats.
His last invention was an evil Lasagna. It didn't kill anyone, and it actually tasted pretty good.

If it took three platoons to get your toilet cleaned...WTE were you eating back then?

Of course it took three platoons, because we lived in the same building, ate more or less the same stuff and even dressed very similarly. And I previously had to clean toilets myself before I earned some more stripes to put on my shirt.
