A: Five. Four musicians and a drummer.

Well, a drummer is a big reason why even a band that plays complex stuff doesn't need a conductor.
But some wouldn't call a conductor a musician either.
And it was actually a drummer who told me the joke!

... the garden strimmer has died: it wrapped it's string round the motor shaft and burnt the motor out.
So ... new strimmer time. OK, I'll get an idea of pricing from "one of Britain's biggest DIY centers" (I won't name them) - and teh website is Social Distancing:
You’ve joined our queue
We are using a virtual queue to limit the number of customers using the website at the same time.
Eh? Do I have to stay at least two minutes behind the previous customer as well?
Your estimated wait time is: more than an hour
Ah. That'll be a "yes" then ...

Two minutes at network speed is about 239,833,966 kilometres, so waiting an hour is still quicker than walking it.

Luckily you can print your own strimmer with your 3D printer
Over here in my town a plaza with DIY centers had to be closed down, too much people getting too close ...

They are "technically closed": Are B&Q, Homebase and Screwfix open? How the coronavirus lockdown affects DIY and hardware stores | inews[^] but in practice you can order online (Hah!) and then go there and collect it. Personally, I don't think that's "an essential journey" but the police may think differently.
I ordered direct from the manufacturers and got a 2-stroke 52cc backpack strimmer / brush cutter with a three year warranty for £96, next working day delivery (i.e. Wednesday).

Screwfix is open but on a click and collect option only. But I would have a look at their site, in case your local branch is closed.

If it works, you can socially distance vertically.

Is this a joke, or are they actually doing it because their shipping department can only handle significantly fewer orders?

My guess is that it's a "system capacity" problem with the web servers combined with hot sunny days on lockdown ...

Make sure you are wearing a mask and gloves while ordering.

Also disinfect your screen and keyboard before and after the visit to the website.
