Try closing VS, delete the .user file, and re-open VS. Your user settings file may be corrupt.

I think you overflowed the 4-byte integer (max 2,147,483,647) and you're wrapping back around again. At least you still in the positive numbers.

I'm not sure, but the news coverage said that they believed it was owned by someone else in the apartment complex, but since they are illegal to own that the person (florida-man) surely wouldn't come forward.
