I tried doing some coding searches on Bing cos I kinda assumed Microsoft would skew the results toward their own sites and just understand the domain better in general, but the results still weren't as good as google's :\

I feel stupid making this comment to Griff but here goes
Press Ctrl and hold it down Scroll mouse wheel forward and print gets larger
Side note try searching for 1/2 inch brad point bits
OR
1/4 -20 flat top ez cap inserts
Google can not handle woodworking terms and Amazon has no idea

Yes, I'm aware that zoom exists. But ...
Why should I have to change the zoom level, when everything else on my system uses the same value and is readable? That's putting "different" above "usable" in the priorities list.

Friends don't let friends use Bing.
So whatever you do, just don't Bing it!
(also, if you are really interested in usable results from a search on the interwebs, don't use DuckDuckNoGo...)

Default search is DDG. Once got upset on stupid results, went to Google with same search term, first page was exactly what DDG gave...

No since I use duckduckgo.

I use duckduckgo, and it shows everything that's relevant. What google shows more are ads and irrelevant links from sites that somehow game the rating system (or did $omething el$e to make Google show them on top )

I'm using the new Microsoft Edge witch defaults to Bing so I left it alone. The other day, I was searching and couldn't find what I was looking for. So I tried Google. It did no better.

For the British fans, the Almanac also has their software available (SOFA). I found it was generally "off" by 1 minute.

Spring starts in February? Really?

Americans ... they have their own calendar (with 20 months in a year).

My wife lived in Colorado. She said they have four seasons per year. June, July, August and Winter.

Forogar wrote: Spring starts in February? Really? Spring starts on different dates depending on whether or not you are located in the southern or northern hemisphere. There is no such thing as an 'Earth Spring' but if there were such a day... yes, 'Earth Spring' would begin on Febuary 4th. The individual who made those measurements was looking at the Earth as a whole.
5 points to anyone who can explain why 'Earth Spring' would be on Febuary 4th. Anyone with Navy/Maritime experience should know the answer.

Because that's the day you have to wind it up or it stops spinning?

Yep,
And everyone knows that if the Earth stops spinning your DNA will untwist and look like a ladder! And this causes baggy jeans.

Oh, that's a relief! I thought if the Earth stopped spinning we'd all get flung off into space!

Hmmm... Spinning causes centrifugal force which would throw you off into space if it were not for gravity. So, if the Earth stopped spinning we would all gain weight! Oh no, the Earth has stopped spinning... or there is a pandemic and we are all stress-eating.
