If he mentioned that he bought a new sofa he would most likely see ads to buy a new sofa. No ads for for cushions, carpets or other furniture until their purchase has also been mentioned. You'll always see Netflix ads.

That's been around for quite some time now.
Also if you send an email full of insults to an email address other than yours within the same domain it also asks for confirmation if you really do want to send swear words in your near environment.

GMAIL on occasion suggests phrases or sentences whilst I compose also the Subject. I find I rather enjoy its efforts.

You should feel proud that it has taken so long for you to notice this! Those saying it's been around for years have, like myself, only have the benefit of making this mistake sooner.

Relaxed port ? asked a question (8)
Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming “Wow! What a Ride!" - Hunter S Thompson - RIP

YAUT - I was getting a bit worried with the lack of responses

This is sort of tongue in cheek, but a lot of it elephanting depresses the elephanting elephanting out of me...
Context #1: I've been the tech grunt having to plow through HR. Elephant HR.
Context #2: I've been a manager having HR help me - not so much elephant HR. They deal with absurd levels of stupid your eyes will water.
Context #3: Oh ****, I'm a small business guy that needs to sign an agreement with a multinational corporation. Yea me.
So, I go off to click on what they want me to sign. Patience. This level of bullshit is at the extreme level of my patience. It's at a such a level of HR stupidity that there may be a justification for napalm. You be the judge.
1: "... responsible social and ethical behavior and has a responsibility to the employees serving the company worldwide. Our core values Empowerment, Innovation and Integrity guide us in our actions and daily business decisions."
Okay, I fair enough. When I go to the men's room, I wash my hands coming out. I have no elephanting idea how I'm supposed to power anyone, but I love plumbers. But wait, it gets better. The policies are driving this corporation's Business Partner Code of Conduct (caps are theirs) and are further based on... wait for it....
2: UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights and connected UN Convenvtions.
3: ILO Tripartite Declaration of Principles concerning
Multinational Enterprises and Social Policy
4: OECD Guidelines on the Protection of Privacy
and Transborder Flows of Personal Data
• OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises
• UN Global Compact
• ISO 14001
Elephant this.

I'm researching the word "bedrijfscultuur"; the culture of a company. How about simply no? I never ask my butcher for his politics. His meat is relevant, and the only influence of politics is how much my money degrades.
I've been hearing about "the allies" for years; it been enough.
It just needs a horde.
