Yay, another doctors' opinion on the virus. That's what we need when there's a whole desert of sand to put my head in

It's some dude on the internet. And he might be a doctor, might not. But he also contradicts a lot of other doctors. So?

He doesn't want to know how to find it - he wants it to be handed to him.

No. You can add a project to Git from anywhere. Just "add to source control" in Visual Studio, and it will create the necessary files in a .git folder within the solution folder.

Well, I said thanks too soon.
The "Add to Source Control" menu item has dissappeared.

That can't be right.
What was the last version of Windows that wrote user profiles under C:\Windows?

Yeah.
My point was, if you're going to ask for help, make sure the technical information you're providing is accurate.
I mean, it's easy enough to ignore this particular item, but then you have cause to legitimately wonder what else might be incorrect.

A bug hunt method probably not taught in skool though I don't believe in formal edumakation as it is unnecessary we all have texts and know how to read Anyway back on point another method to utilize to assist in finding bugs in our code which was surprisingly helpful to me was to sit for half an hour each evening after a day of work in the style of Zen Buddhism and low and behold on occasion it would occur to me that this or that particular day's design or implementation was incorrect and why The reason and purpose for the sitting was not engineering related but personal but it did have the surprising software benefit as described Hope this helps others not just this paltry programmer.
