I really hope this is just a badly written way of saying "won't allow you to run without any AV", not "will force defender to run in parallel to whatever 3rd party AV you might also be using".
Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, weighing all things in the balance of reason?
