That sounds eerily similar to some of the user stories written by the "business analysts" at my previous workplace. The developers were expected to build software based on such "specifications".
On one of the meetings, a senior developer (he was close to 60 then, and is probably retired now) commented that the specifications might as well say "Hello, have a nice day. Bye!".
The developers and even some of the business analysts in the meeting room laughed out so loud.

So, essentially, the big improvement is blurry screens.
That'll be great for eye-strain and migraine, as everyone autonomically tries to force the blurred words/images into focus.
And the only use-cases given are for a music player that almost no-one uses or wants, and an e-mail app that's full of bugs/problems -- which will never be fixed, of course, because they're too busy inventing ways to make opticians insanely rich.
Announcement after announcement, I find my self stuck with the thought: "What the Hell are those morons thinking? WTF happened that drove them all batsh1t insane?"
