Windows 8.1 is actually pretty good and Windows 10 is even better.

Windows 10 will and does have a start menu "replacement" somewhat similar in form to that of Windows 7, but with some modern "enhancements" (  ). Windows 8.1, not so much. But, if you're willing to see it that way, the Windows 8/8.1 start screen is that menu.

Sadly, that seems to the majority of "issues" these tools discover in my code, and any real errors get buried in the number of false positives.
I know these can be turned off, but I seem to be continually fighting with the tools, rather than dealing with real issues.
