This I don't believe, in retailers quest for more profits I believe sales persons are heading the same direction that full service gas stations went. I see the store of the future having very few actual humans; a number of kiosks will be available to price and give information about products and when you go to check out it will be totally self service. A lot of stores already have self service aisles and corps. like McD's are experimenting with Kiosks. clickity[^]
