Apple is just apple, but fb is once again abusing the Internet in ways that would cause national uproar if a government did it.

I am reading Bad Blood too and it's a fascinating story, it does look like Holmes is probably going to go to jail for what she did given her recent depositions that can be found somewhere on youtube(apparently some 600 or so "I don't know" answers to simple questions about what was going on in Theranos at the time).
Certainly Apple have not been too honest with its customers when they previously explained that customers were holding their devices incorrectly, in order to explain reception issues.

It would be a total miscarriage of justice if Lizzie Borden Holmes didn't do serious jail time.
I'll have to pick up a copy of that book.

No official announcement from Microsoft, but rumors and alleged descriptions of what it will be like have surfaced since December. This is a stripped-down OS; Windows on a budget. For now, the new flavor is being dubbed Windows Lite but the name may indeed change. Windows 7 2.0?
