You wanted to read the Android's official documentation about In-app billing system. You can read those out on the Android's developer resources, http://developer.android.com/google/play/billing/billing_overview.html[^].
Secondly, if you want to upload the APK, then you need to first create an account on Google Play, and then you can upload the APKs. Remember they do no test the APK; unless there is a potential threat. You have to make sure that your application is good enough to be uploaded to the users over the Google play network.
You can read from millions of thousands of articles from third-party or indie developers about Android programming. Which one is best, that is your own choice. Google it.

Just curios to see how many Eclipse hold outs there were for android development. If you are holding out, maybe why and have you tried the latest Android Studio.

To date, I've only used Eclipse for Android development. I'm trying to get my feet wet with Android Studio but I find it hard to navigate, counterintuitive, and it creates a ridiculously deep folder structure for projects. Given that it is the go-forward IDE for Android development, I know I must suffer through it. Maybe in time...

Uninstall it then re-install it will sort out , remove all the files related to your android studio version, and save the projects first

I've posed a question in the quick answers, but wanted to see if anyone else has been having issues with Android Studio builds when multiple library projects are created.
The IDE seems to find dependencies just fine (and the project builds fine when using Eclipse), but the Gradle build fails as it doesn't seem to be able to locate the R file generated from a dependant library module.
Here is a link to the Quick Answers with the detailed question:

Richard MacCutchan wrote: Toasts remain on the screen for a fixed time (SHORT or LONG). I didn't know if the OP was referring to that, or some sort of delay before the toast is actually displayed.
Richard MacCutchan wrote: AFAIK it is not possible to change that. Correct, as those equate to 2000 and 3500 milliseconds respectively.

I do not think this is possible, Toast s only allow one of two choices for the time interval.

How to SAVE spinner data and LOAD it inside that spinner.

Probably by writing some code. But unless you explain your problem in proper detail it is anyone's guess what that code could be.

I want to make an activity that have one spinner that spinner contain 5 colors name they are as follows,
RED,GREEN, BLUE, BLACK, WHITE.
And when I select particular color from the spinner, for example I select RED, and if I dispose that activity and again opened it then that spinner must contain the RED color name.
How can I make this type of activity? I think sharedPreferances can do it. But I'm new in Android Programming so please any one give me that kind of full activity code.
