What does that mean? The version is not SQL Server 2005 Enterprise Edition or what?
Enterprise edition is downloadable only as a trial version. If you want to actually use it, you must buy it.

I'm sorry, but cannot help you with MySQL.
Your original post was about SQL Server 2005 (or 2008, didn't quite figure out) which is a completely different product than MySQL.

Hi, folks!
I've got a major question. How do I set up an SQL Server on my computer if I have 2 things:
1) Installed MS SQL Server 2005
2) an Access DataBase, which I want to port into a SQL Server, so other users/developers could connect to it, log in and perform their actions.
I know, that this is a repeated question, and there have been such messages before. Therefore, any links or info will be appreciated.
Thanks

Don't quite follow you.
If you already have a SQL Server instance you can use, start with How to Migrate from Access to SQL Server 2000[^] (this applies to 2005 also).
If you don't have the instance or want to add another to your machine, run setup for SQL Server

Sorry for being confusing. I'm doing my best, but these are my first efforts in SQL Server and stuff
I have installed an SQL Server (at least I think, that I did, bc I have checked it during the Visual Studio installation process). Then, I have installed a MS SQL Management Studio Express.
You are right: I need to migrate from Access to SQL Server. But on the other hand, I can't find the interface in the Management Studio to allow me to create my own database. Maybe, that is because I use Express edition? Management Studio tells me that I'm not connected to the server, but I don;t want to connect at the first place, I need to set the server, so other people can connect to me and use my database.

No problem at all
If I remember correctly, you don't have the option for installing SQL Server Express in Visual Studio, only Compact edition (single-user instance).
So briefly the steps you should take:
- download SQL Server 2008 Express Edition with Management tools
- install it by running setup. This will install you a single instance
- configure the instance using Management Studio
- create a database that you will use for application
- migrate your data from Access
You can check if you have a SQL Server instance installed for example by looking at services in Control Panel. If SQL Server is installed, you will have a service called SQL Server (Instance name)

I've spent half of the day trying to install SQL Server 2008, but it wouldn't install. At the very end it shows me a table saying that "Database Engine Services Failed", and "Replication Failed"

Hi ...
I have a table for eg called Forms (fid int , Read bit , Add bit , Del bit )
the problem that more than one row with the same Form like that :
fid - Read - Add - Del
2 - True - True - False
2 - True - False - False
2 - True - False - True
you can see that the form takes Add True and False in second row
.. I want to select only one row but if I have Add col has two value True and False in another row then select True to be :
2 - True - True - True
I'm using Sql server 2005 ,, can I create stored procedure do that ...
really thanks ...

You can create a stored procedure and handle this inside the procedure. However, your problem is in modelling. You should break the table to at least two table. Separate table for Forms and separate table for allowed operations. This way you can query what operations are allowed and those that are not allowed, are not listed.

Not sure what you mean, do you mean something like this?:
select fid, max(cast([read] as int)),max(cast([add] as int)),max(cast([del] as int)) from Forms group by fid
